LOGAN BETHKE

Bar and Beverage Director

Logan Bethke is a California native, from a small agriculture town in Central Valley called Vernalis. After high school he explored a career in the Fire service and has a degree in Fire 1 and also Emergency Medical Technician 1. After spending some time in this field he decided it was time for a change of scenery and moved to San Diego in 2009.

While trying his hand at Commercial Real Estate, Logan got a part-time job bussing tables one day a week. In no time at all he fell in love with the atmosphere and overall energy of working in the industry. Meeting new people and working at a “cool” place was where his motivation began – but ultimately his passion for the craft of bartending is what ignited his career path into Mixology.

Logan started working with SDCM and Cohan Restaurant Group at Vin De Syrah and was trained by the best. Learning his trade under Nicholas David, Adam Stemmler and Zack Eklund, Logan quickly found that being a top-notch bartender was much more than just a job.

After ultimately becoming Bar Manager at Analog and wrapping up 6 years of service with Cohan Restaurant Group and SDCM, Logan brings his hard work ethic and pure passion for the craft to Parq Restaurant and Nightclub.
