VIP marketing director

Paul DiLongo began his career in hospitality as a restaurant server in downtown Naples, Florida over 17 years ago. He quickly moved up, from server to lead, eventually transferring to the bar staff, later to be promoted as bar manager. After four years in Naples, Florida’s small but bustling service industry, DiLongo was drawn to the big city lights and the service capital of the world, and made his move to Las Vegas.

DiLongo worked as one of the top flair bartenders in Las Vegas for China Grill’s Rumjungle (now Light Nightclub). After three years in Las Vegas, he decided to immerse himself into the nightlife industry. Establishing himself as a Las Vegas socialite, he opened Las Vegas' famous and world renown TAO Nightclub, moving into VIP Services. With his bartending career behind him, DiLongo began embarking on his career in VIP Services. After working for TAO Group for five years, DiLongo left to open City Center's Liquid Ultra Pool and took the position as Marketing Director for LightGroup.

At the end of the pool season, DiLongo decided it was time for a new beginning in a new city. One quick vacation to San Diego finalized his decision, and after eight long years in Vegas, he was happy to call America’s Finest City home. He was quickly brought on as Director of VIP Services for both nightclub venues at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego and Intervention Dayclub.

In 2012, Paul also opened Dive Dayclub at Harrah’s SoCal, where he served as Director of VIP Services for the first 2 seasons of operation.

In 2014 Paul was promoted as AGM, before leaving Hard Rock to join the stellar management team at Parq Restaurant and Nightclub.
